KUWAIT: Unlicensed weapons and ammunition found with a man in his eighties during a crackdown in Subbiya.
KUWAIT: Weapons detectives carried out a campaign in Subbiya and adjacent areas Thursday night. Two persons were arrested with suspicion of having drugs, while three others were stopped for not complying with policemen’s instructions and driving the wrong way. All were sent to concerned authorities. Meanwhile, detectives arrested a citizen in his eighties for having two unlicensed pistols and ammunition.
Bus fire Fire broke out in a bus in Farwaniya yesterday. Farwaniya fire station dealt with the fire and put the flames out before they could spread. No injuries were reported in the incident. Meanwhile, an investigation was opened to determine the causes of the fire.
