KUWAIT: The Municipal Council’s deputy chairman Meshaal Al-Jowaisri said a church was established in a recently sold house in Salwa, and raised questioned about whether it was properly licensed through the relevant state authorities. “How can a church be built in a residential area without prior permissions from relevant authorities?” he exclaimed, noting that many complaints had been filed by owners of neighboring houses.
