KUWAIT: KISR’s national earthquake detection network yesterday recorded a 4.1 earthquake to the west of Faw in Iraq and northern Kuwait. The network added that the earthquake’s epicenter was 80 km to the north of Kuwait City and that it took place 20 km deep underground. It also recorded two aftershocks – 2.1 and 2.6 on the Richter scale.
