KUWAIT: Jahra prosecutor ordered the arrest of a citizen who was accused by his Filipina domestic helper of raping her. A security source said the Filipina told Qairawan police that she worked for the accused for a year, during which he gave her strange looks, which she ignored. She also claimed he later started to grope her, then two weeks ago, he attacked and raped her, so she went to her embassy for help.
