KUWAIT: With the beginning of the new school year, Deputy PM and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammed Al- Khaled yesterday visited the traffic department to check on the traffic flow and the plan to deal with any jams.
Sheikh Mohammed urged traffic police to use bikes and foot patrols for easier access to accident locations. He also noted that he will review traffic police reports daily
